- Create structured person-centred support plans for each individual, helping them to embrace their passions and achieve their short, medium and long-term goals.
- Promote and develop independence through tailored support that focuses on each individual support plan in close cooperation with the service user and their designated social worker, nominated person or family member through measurable and realistic goals.
- Employ suitable candidates to support our service users and to provide relevant training around safeguarding, appropriate communication and DDA.
